Pre-booked hours are mininum hours due, extra hours charged at the same rate.

Minimum booking 2 hours childcare per day

10% extra if 3+ children

10% extra if a specifically qualified nanny is requested (Note: extra 10% will only be charged once).

During peak weeks we will only take full week bookings(half day or full day), unless availablility arises.

For New Years Eve and Christmas Eve rates are doubled

Last-minute* bookings will incur a 10chf fee. (*made less than 2 hours before the requested start-time or made after 6pm for the following morning).

We think it’s vital that the petit ones get all the attention they need, so these are the maximum numbers of petit ones each nanny can look after:

Each family has specific requirements, as such we will give you an individualised quote. Please email or call us with information such as dates, times, number of children, duties etc. After which we will provide a quote, then once agreed we will find a suitable candidate

Payment
We require credit card details to secure the booking (although payment will not be taken) and the entire amount may be settled by cash, bank transfer or credit card (subject to 3.5% charge). We will give you a cancellation period which varies on the time of the season, if cancelled within this period a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for nannying and two hours for evening babysitting (except NYE).
We’ll email you to confirm the details once a deposit has been made.
