Extra activities such as swimming, sledging and rock climbing can be organised upon request, although there may be an extra cost for such activities, to be notified to you in advance.  Full week carers will be equipped with a range of fun toys/games to entertain your children and we will arrange for you to meet your carer before the start of the booking for introductions and childcare details. For bookings of less than 1 week (full or half days) this will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

  • Hours
For morning bookings the minimum booking time is 3 hours, afternoons 4 hours and the minimum break time between shifts is 2 hours. For evening bookings we have a 3 hour minimum booking time. The hourly rate is billed in increments of 15 minutes, with time rounded up or down to the nearest quarter of an hour. It is advised that all pre-booked hours are utilised, as no refund will be given in the case of unused hours.

  • Transport
Subject to clause 2.3, our carers will arrange their own transport to and from your accommodation in Verbier or other reasonable meeting points. Bookings outside of the Verbier or Le Chable area will incur transport costs.

  • Payment

By providing your credit card details, you agree that we may charge the total cost of the booking (and/or any other amounts owed by you to us pursuant to these Terms and Conditions). Please note your booking is not confirmed until payment or card details have been received. Total fees for each booking are as set out in the booking confirmation form or otherwise as notified to you by us.

  • Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a booking after it has been made, you are required to notify us in writing or by telephone as soon as possible.
